Our approach
Lucy is a former Division 1 Ivy League player with over 10 years of coaching experience. She supports soccer players through a comprehensive approach—combining technical training, physical conditioning, mental resilience, and strategic guidance for every stage of your journey.

Film review and evaluation, helping identify strengths and areas to improve, including help with movement off the ball, positioning, and decision-making.

Mindfulness training, nervous system regulation, visualization, talking through anxiety tied to performance, coaches, and planning your next step

Both in the gym sessions and remote programming available to build strength, power, explosiveness, and endurance. Help with passing fitness tests also available.

Exercises proven to reduce ACL risk and help with returning to the field post-injury (both physically and mentally) from someone who successfully returned to playing after tearing their ACL.

Creating a realistic college list; communication with coaches; creating a highlight reel; how to know if a school is a good fit

Recovery tools that incorporate the 7 different forms of rest and enable the athlete to peak at the right times through customized training plans and volume load management.

Current food intake analysis, goal setting, and how to use food as fuel (through macronutrient recommendations, timing of eating, and building healthy, sustainable habits). Vitamin recommendations also available upon request

Guidance on how to navigate the complex youth soccer landscape and best support their child’s development, well-being, and long-term goals.

Training offered at Stead Rec Center and Shepherd Park. Other field locations are available upon request. Can’t make it to the field? No worries – remote services are also available.
